was just looking through the billboard club charts for new dance music (as I do every now and again, well that and the set lists from Industrial clubs.... but I digres). Anyways some of it I already had, and a few others (Lady Sovereign and "Rock This Party" by Bob Sinclair) I absolutely hated. Until I came across this little gem:

If you're like me you are thinking "oh no, not another song sampling that played out Cyndi Lauper track" but no, they are covering the song "Time After Time" by the beloved, one of my favorite bands from the early 90s and IMHO quite underappreciated. I never though I would see the day anyone on this earth would cover or sample "The Beloved"! I squee with joy!!! |
