I have about a million things I want to do but for today in honor of Halloween tomorrow (and because I can since no impressionable youngsters in the house) it's a Hellraiser marathon and work on my webpage. | My Own Personal Sideshow Attraction |
Yes so those of you who were reading before I got all ANGST! EMO! OMG! and deleted my journal (for a whole day and a half.. uh you go girl, uh not, woo.. pfft) probably remember my post about my fun experience walking on staples, and of course only a day or two ago I found myself traipsing through cat puke/hairball, and now (TAHDAH!) last night I had the unfortunate luck to drop a huge glass jug full of sugar all over the floor so more death defying foot acrobatics and fun were had by all (all being me since I was the only one in the room). I am somehow becoming my own little circus show over here. Watch as the amazing Ishtar defies logic (and hygiene) as she walks on things that cut, poke and ooze! Freaking weird..... |

| Anyone know where I can find a copy (perferably a High Quality one) of the Blue Man Group/Tracy Bonham cover of The Who's "Baba O'Riley" (as seen here)? I have all the BMG albums, and it's definately not on any of them (even though it was part of "The Complex" tour) so it's possibly only available as a bootleg... any help would be appreciated! |

3, I believe. For shits and giggles I checked his cell, suprisingly all the text messages have been erased. I log onto our verizon wireless account and voila my bill says 9 messages sent from that phone and 12 recieved. Suspicious, no? Not to mention he was supposed to be in work at nine and miraculously gets this text at 8:30 that his "9:00 appointment has shown up early"... uh huh, how convienent. My husbands work is 5 minutes away, leaving at 8:30 if he really didn't have an appointment and getting there at 9:00 is more than enough time for him to do something in between, since he's an utter caveman who doesn't bother with foreplay or even gives a shit if you enjoy yourself (I know Too Much Info as always).On the plus side, if I can catch him I get to walk away clean ;-) |

| Suspect at Best... [LJ Repost] |

O.K. something is totally going down! I am not really a paraniod person or anything but my husband is totally up to something. I mentioned Terri was looking to go back to the Faire and not only did he say I could go but he offered to watch Meaghan??!!! Of course him watching her isn't going to work anyways since he's working the day we want to go so she'll have to come with me or stay with my mom or something, but what I am trying to figure out is why was it that easy? It's never that easy, ever ever. The best I can figure is one of three items:1) He's letting me do it to give me a false sense of secuirty. This has to do with the moving to New Hampshire. He scheduled an appointment for us to meet the builder and real estate agent without asking me after I already told him at least three times I don't think I want to move all the way out there. Thus in part of his plan to eventually isolate me from everyone I know, he is allowing me concessions to get me to trust him enough to move there and then he's going to lock me away like Rapunzel in her tower. 2) He realizes by my utter disinterest in speaking or even being in the same room with him, that I'm not happy, and is actually genuinely trying to be a nice guy and make it up to me. This I believe is actually the least likely reason, as I don't think after seven years of him not being able to figure out I am pissed off at him, he's about to start figuring it out now, no do I actually belive any longer that there is a nice guy in there anywhere at all. 3) He's cheating on me again (yes I said again I'll explain in a minute) and sending me away without him (even if he were to watch Meaghan because he could just be a bastard and lock her in her crib all day if he had someone over) would be a great cover for him. And in the interest of why I say again I am 85% positive he cheated on my when I was pregnant with Meaghan, I didn't have any money to hire a private investigator like I wanted to, and thus don't have that extra 15% assurance I would actually like to have to actually have gone through with walking out etc., however the fact that I went through his cell phone one day after he had supposedly had to stay late to work at a different branch and finding a text message from a girl that I know works at same said branch that read "You Were Great Last Night" and other assorted messages that didn't leave a lot of imagination to be taken in a negative context, I'm pretty sure I was on to something. |

| Horror-scopes! |
| O.K. Well not really, more like I'm thinking about signs and sign compatability and all that. I don't necessarily think horoscopes can tell your future or any of that (normally I find if I read them before my day starts then the thing happens because it influenced me in some way that day, if I read it when my day is done then I'm stretching something that happened that day to fit) but I do belive in nature and rythms and cycles and all that (still like to buy the farmer's almanac even though I don't grow things), so in some aspects there may be a bit of truth in applying generalized personality types to different signs and things. Looking at my friends list (and a few not on the list off the top of my head) I find it ironic that for the most part (as Taurus' are supposed to do) I have rather surrounded myself with other earth signs {2 Virgos, 3 Capricorns, and 2 other Taurus'}. Of course there is room for others, since I get along well with 2 Geminis, 3 Cancers, and 5 Aries (apparently us horny animals stick together)... but have only liked one of the two Leo's I can think of off he top of my head, and I believe the same applies to Aquarius, and can't for the life of me think of the last time I met/hung out with any Scorpios, Saggitarius or Libra folk (also ironically the three of the least compatible signs for either romance or friendship with Taurus'). |

| Ford Sync - Funny But True |
I don't know if anyone has seen this ad yet (trying to find on YouTube but they only have the older ones). it's a commercial for new Ford models featuring Microsoft SYNC, (which is basically a voice recgnition that runs all your gadgets like your phone, mp3 player, etc. so you can keep your hands on the wheel and eyes on the road). It has two guys in a car and the guy driving is trying to show off his SYNC and tells his mp3 player to "play Smashing Pumpkins", and it does. The passenger trying to be funny then says "play Tiffany" but the SYNC returns a kind of buzzer sound, but then when that fails tells the SYNC to "play Michael Bolton" to which the first strains of "How Am I Supposed to Live Without You" come out of the speakers only to have the driver frantically state "play Korn" where it then switches then to Korn.
I don't know about anyone else, but this would totally happen to me. My iPod (80G) is so full (no movies, games or photos) I was considering upgrading to the 160G. I have lots of complilations, many of which I purchase for the one or two songs I can't seem to find anywhere else, so yes Tiffany is on my iPod, and probably Michael Bolton too (though in my defense if they ever come on during random play I do skip over them!). I mean I guess I could remove them to avoid embarrassment, but it's just easier to rip the cd, sync the pod and go.
In further news I am having a MySpace is a bitch day. I cannot find any of the background images or songs I had in mind to make a new profiel so alas, you have the boring white page for now.
