| The Good Versus Evil People with White Hair Thread [LJ Repost] |

So I took it upon myself to list as many good and evil people with white hair I could think of. If you have any more you are welcome to add them in comments and I will update the list accordingly. Happy posting.Good People with White Hair:Professor Dumbledore (Harry Potter) previously auburnGandalf (J.R.R. Tolkien) despite having previously been Gandalf "the Grey" he has always had white hair in the stories and the grey to white transition is only that of his status as wizardWillow the White Witch (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) her evil witch form is black and her neutral form is redObi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi (Star Wars) in his youth a brunette (although played by Ewan McGregor one could argue that he was a shade of red), and technically would be considered grayInuyasha (Inuyasha)Aereon, the Elemental (Chronicles of Riddick)Allan Quatermain, Jr. (The League of Extraordinary Gentlmen) played by Sean Connery=white/gray, but drawn in comic as a brunette so may depend on age as of time of storyEvil People with White Hair:Sephiroth (Final Fantasy) technically his hair is silverSaruman (J.R.R. Tolkien) he once had black hair but it turned mostly white with black edges that framed his faceCount Dooku/Darth Tyranus (Star Wars) in younger days comics depict him as a brunetteElliot Carver (James Bond) much like Saruman his hair is white with black framing the edges of his faceThe Malfoys (Harry Potter) technically they are pale white,blonde (depending on family member) but I'm putting them here anyways because close enough Jadis, the White Witch (The Lion, The Witch, and the Wardrobe) there may be some arguement here because in illustrations for the book had white/blonde hair; the BBC version she had black/blue hair, in the Disney remake she has more of a blonde/brunette look, and the original animated movie it is hard to tell what color since she has that blue widows peak hood thing. Based on original unmoviefied appearance I am going with whiteDark Elves/Drow (Various) it can depend on which mythology you are reading, but usually drow are dark skinned or blue skinned with white hair (dark refers to skin color); though in other descriptions resemble regular elves but have just been banned or are evil (dark refers to soul)EDIT I am adding a neutral column of those with white hair that it is undecided whose side they are on.Neutral People with White Hair:Rosiel (Angel Sanctuary) was once an angel so good there; but also went insane and killed someone so bad there.. felt bad about it later so good again.. this guy needs to make up his mindRaistlin Magere (Dragonlance) technically he hangs out with good guys but hes about as appealing personality wise as a month old beef brisketSpike (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) how do you vote? i guess it depends.. chip-in or chip-out SpikeJanus/Magus (Chrono Trigger) hair is white/blue; neutral because allthough he was a spoiled brat as a child and has dark powers and mostly does crappy stuff the whole game (should have been on evil category) he can end up redeeming himself if you choose to put him in the main party (because he helps one kick butt in the game)Hmm interesting.. so far all I seem to have proved is that Good guys predominately previously had reddish hair and bad guys previously had black hair. |
